These terms and conditions tell you the terms and conditions upon which House of GlamDolls supply our services to ‘You’ as listed on our website www.houseofglamdolls.co.uk or as discussed with ‘You’ on the telephone or via email. The Terms form the basis of the agreement between ‘You’ and ‘Us’. You should understand that by ordering any of Our Services, ‘You’ agree to be bound by these Terms. Payment towards your course is confirmation you agree to the terms of our Terms and Conditions and Course Cancellation Policy.

Course Fees, Enrolment and Refunds

  1. Full payment of the course fee[s] are required to secure a course place prior to the commencement date of each course.
  2. Failure to attend the start date will prevent you from attending any other part of the course, and you will not be entitled to a refund or offered another start date.
  3. No refunds of fees will be made in the event of a student failing to attend or complete their course or workshop.
  4. No refund will be deemed appropriate upon completion of a course.
  5. If for any reason you wish to cancel your place on the confirmed course and date, a minimum of 7 days written Cancellation Notice is required to The House of GlamDolls, via email to office@houseofglamdolls.com.
  6. In the event of mitigating circumstances, which prevent you from attending a fully paid course you will be able to either:
    1. Defer your course date to another scheduled date. You will only be able to defer your course attendance date once. Or
    2. Request a Course refund minus Course Deposit – please note this is solely based upon an individual case review, and with substantiation of the mitigating circumstances – Upon review, any refund deemed appropriate may be offered solely at the discretion of the school minus Course Deposit and without any further negotiation.
  7. A full refund of the course fee paid, with the exception of a 10% application fee equal to 10 percent of the value of the course fee paid will be refunded.
  8. If you cancel your course enrolment less than 7 days prior to the start date no monies shall be refunded.
  9. Refunds will be made within 30 working days of receipt of Cancellation Notice, minus the 10% application fee.

Payment Plans of Courses

Payment plans of course are available and we are proud to offer finance at 0% APR on all of our courses.

This makes it possible for you to budget and pay for your course over a period of time before the course commencement date, therefore making it more accessible to everyone.

We require a 25% deposit to secure a place on any of our courses and you can pay in as many installments that is convenient for you and the final payment has to be paid 7 days prior to the course commencement date. There are no extra charges and we can split payments over a period to suit your budget.

  1. A 25% deposit of each course fee is required to secure a place on each course.
  2. The balance of the full course fee[s] can be paid in installments arranged by ‘You’ and ‘Us’ prior to securing a place on each course.
  3. The balance of the full course fees must be paid to The House of GlamDolls no less than 7 days prior to the start of the chosen course date. Students will not be accepted on the commencement date unless full payment of fees has been made or an arrangement with the school has been reached.
  4. In the event of mitigating circumstances, which prevent you from attending a fully paid course you will be able to either:
    1. Defer your course date to another scheduled date. You will only be able to defer your course attendance date once. Or
    2. Request a Course refund minus Course Deposit – please note this is solely based upon an individual case review, and with substantiation of the mitigating circumstances – Upon review, any refund deemed appropriate may be offered solely at the discretion of the school minus Course Deposit and without any further negotiation.
  5. All monies paid with the exception of the course deposit and an additional 10% application fee equal to 10 percent of the value of the course fee paid will be refunded.
  6. No refund will be deemed appropriate upon completion of a course.

Course Attendance

  1. Courses will start promptly at published confirmed times regardless of whether all students are present.
  2. Courses will not be delayed for latecomers and The House of GlamDolls are not responsible for repeating missed classes.
  3. It is not the responsibility of The House of GlamDolls or individual tutor to provide additional classes/hours for students to catch up in classes they have missed.
  4. If any student behaves improperly on the school premises (including disrupting the class due to emotional or behavioral issues and/or damage or removal of school property) they will be asked to leave immediately and fees will not be refunded.
  5. Time off for official religious holidays, booked holiday, medical appointments, planned weddings, etc must be discussed and agreed with before application of course enrollment. We recommend that all absence be avoided where possible.
  6. We reserve the right to withhold certification to students who fail to attend classes regularly or fail to achieve the minimum standard of learning required.
  7. Students must notify Us in writing of any medical conditions or special requirements they may have prior to the course’s commencement date.
  8. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of personal belongings.

An Order for Product can be made either:

When an Order for Product is made by You in any of the ways described above You are offering to buy for the price stated, subject to these Terms. We will confirm receipt of your Order, and provide You with any further information as necessary, by email, telephone or post. We may cancel any Order and not supply Product if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of Product at any time at our sole discretion. If an Order is cancelled by us, any payment made will be refunded in full.

The prices for Product are as stated on the Our website www.houseofglamdolls.co.uk. All Product is in stock unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Returns are accepted providing that they are in their original packaging and have not been used. They must be returned with 7 days of receipt. A refund will be made. Please allow up to 14 days for the adjustment on to the account. Postage is paid by the customer.

Payment

All Orders are priced in and are payable in UK Sterling. All Orders must be paid for in full before goods are despatched. Orders can be paid for by bank transfer, credit card and debit card.

Postage and Packaging

All orders are subject to a minimum £3.30 delivery charge in the UK.

Larger and heavier products are subject to higher delivery charges as stated in the order’s payment details.

If You order in any other way, please contact us for details of the delivery charges prior to Ordering.

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of payment authorisation/clearance. Orders are despatched either by Royal Mail First Class or Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day.

In most circumstances Product should reach delivery destination in the UK within two to seven days.

Complaints

In the unlikely event your experience and training course with us does not meet your expectations, in the first instance please email office@houseofglamdolls.com with the details of your complaint. This email must be received in writing within 7 working days of your training course. You will receive a response within 5 working days.
