* We recommend you follow The Understanding Series in numerical order as shown as it is the optimal sequence for your best learning experience.

* Our minimum online learner age is 16 years old.

* Due to Covid global pandemic, we had to all make changes...If you have a pre-covid 19 course booking, you are eligible to transfer the paid amount for online education during 2021.

* Please note we do not permit our zoom sessions to be recorded and we trust you will respect our brand ethic.

* Please follow your Zoom link provided and respect being punctual to your session.

* 24 Hour cancellation policy - Please note: 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled Zoom session must be given to be eligible to cancel/ reschedule your session, or your session will be deemed void and lost and no refund will be offered as the slot was allocated exclusively to you.

* Once you purchase your Understanding Series session, we will liaise to schedule with you a mutually suitable date/time for your zoom sessions.

* Once you purchase your Understanding Series session, we will send you a Zoom link and downloadable PDF of session notes for your zoom sessions.

* Please note your session is 1:1 Live and is a Theory education.

* You will gain a personal 1:1 bespoke Live session to answer all you issues on the subject, which will be fully addressed, explained and build your artistic confidence.

* Mitigating circumstances may arise and will be managed on a personal and case by case scenario.

* No refunds will be offered for education, however you are able to reschedule should the need arise.
